Villa Conchi, Competa.

The Local Area.

This Moorish villa is centrally located and gives you the opportunity to experience a white village at first hand. The village has many artists of different types, and a cosmopolitan atmosphere with excellent restaurants. Competa is surrounded by olive, orange and avocado groves and there are many walks through them along the tracks in the surrounding hills, with fabulous views down to the sea. You are 25 minutes drive from the beaches and shopping complexes on the coast. A regular bus runs 3 times a day to the beach at Torre del Mar from the village.

Competa celebrates many festivals, of which the two most important are the Noche del Vino on the 14th August and Semana Santa the week before Easter.
