From the large 55 square metre sun terrace, your views over the village, mountains, church tower and Mediterranean sea are superb. Situated to benefit from the rising sun in the morning right through to the setting sun in the evening many guests have said the roof terrace is the "jewel in the crown." A great place for alfresco dining day and night.
The roof terrace has an outdoor kitchen with gas BBQ, and sink, dining tables and chairs. There is a large cane pergola, and hexagonal awning to provide you with shade. Other terrace furniture consists of a large swing seat, and four sun loungers. The roof can be lit up at night with low level lighting and fairy lights for atmosphere, and stronger lighting is available for cooking and eating.
As with all houses in Competa the property is painted white. Reputedly once the home of a sea captain it is larger and grander than many village houses. For this reason it has impressive wooden main doors and many balcony windows to the front of the property. Villa Conchi is found on a quiet street with it's own small plaza with flowering plants and shrubs in front of it. it is about 150 metres from the church and main square, thereby centrally located for all amenities. More importantly for older foilks it is on the same level as these amenities because the village is built on the mountainside.
